About us…
Croydon Music and Arts (CMA) is a service within Croydon Council. We work to ensure children and young people in the borough have access to creative opportunities.
We work as part of a network of local partners that include Croydon’s schools, cultural organisations and services for children and young people. CMA is the lead organisation for Croydon’s Cultural Education Partnership and Music Education Hub.
Our mission is to amplify young people’s voices, and enhance their lives and life chances, through the arts by:
Ensuring everyone has access to inclusive, inspiring and high-quality music and arts activities.
Providing opportunities for all children and young people in Croydon, regardless of background or circumstances.
Supporting schools, families and local networks to engage with a range of arts.
Reflecting the needs and celebrating the cultural diversity of our local communities through creativity and expression.
